Booking and payment

  1. The annual race schedule is typically posted by late January or early February.
  2. Contracts and waivers are sent out months in advance.
  3. A deposit is due 30 days before the race.
  4. The remaining balance is due 7 days after the race weekend.

Terms

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. Participation in any Plan Z Motorsports stint, track day, or race weekend is voluntary and entirely at the participant's own risk.

Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer to enter into a contract. Before driving, every participant must sign a separate written waiver, release, and contract provided directly by Plan Z Motorsports.
